The polynucleotides used in Ameela are purified, making them free from other components, such as proteins, which can trigger an immune response. It is an innovative and effective way to restore skin firmness and elasticity, and ensure healthy skin that is protected against free radicals and cellular damage.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
An application of Ameela results in a histological change of fibroblasts, osteoblasts, and adipocytes, as well as other structures in the tissue (bio-structuring in all tissue layers such as bone, muscle and adipose tissue). It changes the structures from fibroblasts to myofibroblasts, which is a phenotype intermediate between fibroblasts and smooth muscle cells - i.e. a modulation of the fibroblasts. This means positive effects are seen quickly - and a lift in skin structure is visible after just a few minutes.
PLENHYAGE XL - THIN, MEDIUM & STRONG
Plenhyage XL is offered in two different strengths to address various skin concerns:

Thin (7.5mg per ml): This light version is used to revitalizes the skin from within. Ideal for sensitive areas of thin skin such as around the eyes and neck, where it moisturizes, repairs and improves skin elasticity.

Medium (20mg per ml): This milder formulation is ideal for treating less severe signs of aging and general skin concerns. It’s particularly effective for addressing dark circles under the eyes. The medium strength is a good choice for those looking for subtle improvements or maintenance treatments.

Strong (25mg per ml): The stronger version is designed to tackle more pronounced skin issues. It’s recommended for deeper wrinkles and creases, making it suitable for areas with more advanced signs of aging. This strength is also the preferred option for treating acne scars. Additionally, it’s recommended for use on body areas such as hands and knees, where skin might be thicker or require more intensive treatment.

Polymeric macromolecules result in an immediate “scavenger” action against free radicals. The chemical structures of the nitrogenous ring on the polynucleotides immediately reacts with free radicals, which neutralises them. When the polynucleotides molecule is being degraded by the body's own enzymes, smaller particles which retain the same properties as the whole Polynucleotide molecule.
The progressive degradation of polynucleotide molecules by enzymes present in the extracellular environment frees up the metabolites which, in turn, accentuates the protection activity against free radicals.
